FlyVet Pre-Shoot Requirements

Please take a few minutes to review and sign these requirements before your shoot. A signed FlyVet Videography and Photography Release of Information is required prior to all sessions.

Pre-Shoot Preparation & Delivery Process

Realtors: Please review the Pre-Shoot Checklist. Videographers and photographers will not move personal items, clean, or declutter. An unprepared home may require FlyVet to reschedule for a later date. Please review the checklist with homeowners during the week of the shoot. Once the shoot is complete, FlyVet will provide a view-only Google Drive link to approve/finalize the project. Once approved, payment is required in full before FlyVet LLC provides the link with editing permissions.

FlyVet Videography /Photography Consent and Release Form

1. The Parties

This consent and release form is an agreement between the undersigned Participant ("the Releasor")

and FlyVet LLC ("the Released Party").

2. Filmed/Photographed Event and Project Description
Once the shoot is complete, FlyVet will provide a view-only Google Drive link for approval/finalizing project. Once approved, payment is required in full before FlyVet LLC provides the link with editing permissions. Once the editing permissions link is delivered the project is completed.

3. Grant of Rights
I, the Releasor, grant the Released Party the irrevocable and unrestricted right and permission to use, copyright, publish, and distribute my property, business, name, likeness, voice, and any recorded audio or video of me ("the Materials") for any lawful purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising, promotion, publicity, trade, and editorial purposes. This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats, and markets, whether now known or later discovered.

4. Ownership of Materials
I understand and agree that the Materials and all rights, titles, and interests in them, including all copyrights, shall be the sole property of FlyVet LLC, the Released Party.

5. Waiver of Inspection and Approval
I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, advertising copy, or other uses of the Materials in which my likeness or voice appears.

6. Release of Compensation
I agree that I will not be compensated for this release and waive any right to future royalties, payment, or other compensation related to the use of the Materials.

7. Release of Liability
I hereby release and hold harmless the Released Party, its employees, agents, and successors from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of the Materials.

8. Agreement and Understanding
I certify that I have read this Videography/Photography Consent and Release Form, and I fully understand and agree to its terms. I am 18 years of age or older and am competent to contract in my own name.
